What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a qualified crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. The specifics can vary based on the charter type — for example, sunset cruises come with upscale drinks and starters, while business charters offer meeting amenities and executive dining options.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we advise securing your booking 2–3 weeks early, or even earlier during high season which is May through September. For business functions and private festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks prior allows ample time for personalizing your experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is paramount. If the captain judges weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose an alternate charter date or process a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to departure if the forecast raises concern.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. We also provide excellent dining provisions and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Mind that, for everyone's safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to accommodate guests of all mobility levels. Our fleet includes boats with varying degrees of accessibility. Let us know your requirements during the booking process, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours before the set sail date are fully refundable. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded, aside from cancellations due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our part.
