Service provision is contingent on availability and suitable weather. Services may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To confirm a charter, you are required to:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years
  • Provide current and complete information
  • Remit the requisite deposit as detailed in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking confirmation occurs only after we have received your payment and provided written confirmation. We maintain the discretion to decline service to anyone.

3.3 Availability

All bookings are subject to the ready availability of a vessel and favorable weather conditions. We’ll endeavor to meet your requested times and dates.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and incorporate all applicable taxes, except as specified. Prices may be adjusted without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A payment of 50% of the full charter fee at the time of booking
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
  • Any extra fees (if applicable): Payable on completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept widely-used credit cards, direct bank transfers, and validated cheques. All payment processing is done using encrypted, secure systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: A full refund minus processing fees
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: A 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases where our captain judges the weather unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to an alternative date with no additional fee
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not viable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If your allocated yacht encounters mechanical issues, we'll endeavor to offer a comparable replacement. If unavailable, a complete refund will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are obliged to:

  • Adhere to all directives from the crew
  • Utilize the provided safety gear when mandated
  • Disclose any health conditions affecting their safety
  • Stay within the designated zones on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are not allowed on the vessel:

  • Glassware
  • Contraband substances
  • Guns or other arms
  • Lemonade or juice (substituted)
  • Pets (unless given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Patrons are expected to behave in a courteous manner. Any behavior jeopardizing safety or disturbing other guests may result in the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are liable up to the amount paid for your charter. We will not be held accountable for:

  • Injuries sustained through a guest's own negligence
  • The loss or destruction of personal items
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays stemming from weather or circumstances outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our insurance comprehensively covers our fleet and operations. Guests should hold their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our yacht charters, you recognize the intrinsic risks associated with maritime activities and accept responsibility for your personal safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the autonomy to alter itineraries, routes, and timetables due to weather, safety, or operational demands. We'll make all possible efforts to offer comparable alternatives.

9. Force Majeure

We do not bear the responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or amendments brought about by factors beyond our ability to control, which include but are not exclusive to:

  • Severe weather circumstances
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory impositions
  • Port blockade
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We manage personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By availing our services, you agree to your data being collected and used as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
